REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS:
What happens if I need to cancel the semester?
A refund - less a $25 cancellation fee - may be obtained prior to the start of the session. However, we
regret that NO REFUNDS can be issued once the session begins. Your spot in class has been reserved for
you and, often times, other interested families have been turned away due to lack of availability. If you
have to cancel after the start of the session due to unforeseen circumstances, a credit may be issued
towards a future session. For other classroom policies (ie: illness, make-up classes, etc.) go to the
"Classes" page.

MAKE-UPS:
What happens if I miss a class?
You can make up 2 missed classes per semester. Make-up classes cannot be carried on to another semester and are not transferable to another family. You can attend any of the Beverly Hills Music Together classes however please call or email in advance to make sure that the class is not too full. Currently registered families are also welcome to come to the demo classes at the end of the session to do a make up.

WELLNESS POLICY:
What if my child has a runny nose or a fever?
If your child isn't feeling well and you think he/she may be contagious, please keep them home. A very runny nose or a fever within 24 hours before class is a sign that your child may be contagious. Please respect the health of the other families in your class by not exposing them. Additional make-up classes may be granted in cases of multiple absences due to illness!
